Hallo und willkommen bei Sungrow in Deutschland! We are looking for a Regulatory Affairs Specialist who will help shape Sungrows voice in Germanys evolving energy and policy landscape. Curious what this is all about Lets dive right in:

• Develop and lead Sungrows public affairs strategy and stakeholder engagement across Germany.
• Build trusted relationships with federal and state authorities political stakeholders ministries parliamentary offices and think tanks.
• Monitor political legislative and energy-policy developments that may affect Sungrows market access reputation and business priorities.
• Represent Sungrow in relevant German industry associations and align national positions with our European public affairs activities.
• Act as a key contact for policymakers regulatory bodies and stakeholders in the solar PV and battery storage sectors.
• Prepare position papers consultation responses senior-management briefings and talking points aligned with Sungrows EU and global messaging.

• You hold a degree in political science law public policy European studies international relations or a related field.
• You bring at least five years of experience in public affairs government relations or political communications within the German political environment.
• You have an established network within German federal politics Berlins energy-policy community or relevant industry associations.
• You understand German energy and industrial policy including EEG electricity-market developments capacity mechanisms and grid regulation.
• You communicate confidently with political and institutional stakeholders and represent organisational interests with credibility and sound judgement.
• You have German language skills at C2 level and English skills at C1 level; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
