Job Title - Project Supervisor
Location - Germany ( Stuttgart )
Salary - Up to 100000
Were looking for an experienced Project Supervisor to take ownership of high-value security installation projects. Youll lead site operations from planning through delivery ensuring projects are completed safely on time and to the highest technical and commercial standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate security installation projects valued up to 1M managing teams of engineers and technicians on-site.
- Plan schedule and allocate resources to achieve programme quality and budget targets.
- Review drawings specifications and statements of work to ensure compliance and installation accuracy.
- Liaise with clients contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve design installation and commissioning issues.
- Supervise and mentor site teams promoting a culture of safety accountability and continuous improvement.
- Monitor project progress financial performance and documentation to maintain positive cash flow and quality outcomes.
About You
- 10 years experience in security system installation and integration (CCTV access control intruder alarms VMS).
- Proven track record managing complex multi-site projects from concept to completion.
- Strong understanding of cabling networking and commissioning of security systems.
- Confident managing subcontractors site operations and client expectations.
- Excellent communication planning and leadership skills.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. Lenel OnGuard VMS platforms ECS/CSCS SSSTS/SMSTS) are advantageous.
