Job Summary
- Lead the successful delivery of a strategic Sungrow project from planning through execution and handover.
- Coordinate project activities with customers customer project managers internal teams contractors and other key stakeholders.
- Be present on site in the Berlin area at least two to three times per week to ensure close project alignment.
- Manage project schedules risks quality costs documentation and key milestones in line with PMO standards.
- Drive clear proactive communication and resolve project-related issues efficiently across internal and external teams.
- Travel up to 50% within Germany to support site activities customer meetings and project delivery.
- Degree in electrical engineering industrial engineering renewable energy or a comparable technical discipline.
- At least five years of relevant experience in project management within solar PV energy storage power electronics EPC or technical infrastructure environments.
- Proven experience managing customer contracts and ensuring delivery in line with agreed scope schedules costs quality requirements and contractual obligations.
- Experience coordinating project activities from purchase order through delivery commissioning and handover.
- Strong understanding of project planning risk management milestone tracking quality management reporting and technical project documentation.
- Knowledge of PV inverters is preferred; experience with energy storage systems is a strong advantage.
- EPC experience including collaboration with contractors subcontractors and on-site teams is preferred.
- Confident stakeholder manager with strong communication negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- German language skills at C1 level and English language skills at C1 level both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within Germany.
- Ability to be on site in the Berlin area two to three times per week.
- A valid driving licence is preferred.
