What you will do
You will work hands-on with international top-tier manufacturing companies on their digital transformation journey. You will be a key driver in bringing the ONIQ Software into real-world operations - delivering measurable improvements in efficiency and sustainability for our customers.
You will support the end-to-end customer journey for our AI-driven manufacturing software - combining engineering skills with business mindset. You will work cross-functionally within ONIQ to maximize customer impact and play a key part in ONIQs overall success. You will:
Guide our customers throughout the entire customer value journey - from the first software demo through the pilot phase to the final roll-out
Become a trusted advisor to our customers supporting them in rolling out the ONIQ software across the organization and using it to improve production processes and achieve measurable results
Use your know-how of production processes and your understanding of the customers pain points to identify how the ONIQ software can become a major value driver for the customer
Build a strong and trusted relationship with our customers
Promote ONIQ by showcasing the software at customer meetings or industry events
Contribute to ONIQs product strategy by bringing in client feedback and ensuring the software stays aligned with customer needs

First relevant experience in production management lean manufacturing operational excellence industrial engineering operations consulting or a similar production-related environment
Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering & Management or a related field
Excellent language skills in English and German (C1 level)
Willingness to travel internationally for customer meetings workshops or industry events typically around 2-4 on-site meetings per month
Motivation to spend time with the team in person. We value the energy that comes from working together at our Cologne or Berlin office so one on-site day per week is the minimum and more time together is always welcome whenever it works for you
