As our Project Management Assistant (m/f/d)you are the operational engine that keeps our photonic computing projects on track.

Youwillactasa vital linkbetweentheProductOwner Project Manager andourcross functionaltechnicalteams. Thisroleisaboutprovidingmaximumteamleveragebymaintainingstructuredoverviewsoftechnicaldevelopmentsandensuringthatourcomplexprojectplansaretranslatedintopreciseactionableworkflows.

YourResponsibilities

• Operational Force Multiplier:Supportthe ProductOwner and Project Manager inplanningcoordinating andtracking complex photonic projects to ensure the team remains focusedonstrategic decisions.
• DocumentationArchitecture:Own andmaintain the integrity of project documentationincluding schedulestechnical recordsaction items andstatus reports to ensure accuracyandaccessibility.
• Meeting & Workshop Mastery:Facilitate meetingsworkshops and stand-upsensuringsmoothcommunicationandthat every session resultsincleartracked deliverables.
• Milestone &DependencyTracking:Maintainaclear overview of project backlogstechnical dependencies andmilestonesprovidinghigh-leveltransparency to both technicaland non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic Reporting Support:Assist inpreparingsophisticatedproject dashboardspresentations andreports for managementtranslating technical progress into structured updates.
• ProcessExcellence:Ensure strict adherence to project templatesand agileworkflows(Scrum/Kanban)contributing to the continuous improvement of efficient reporting mechanisms.

• AcademicFoundation:Youhold aBachelorsdegreein Business Management PhysicsorIndustrial Engineering.
• TechnicalLiteracy:Youhavepriorexperiencesupportingprojectteamspreferablywithin atechnicalorengineeringenvironment andcannavigatecomplexprojectlifecycles.
• Tool & AgileFluency:Youareproficientwithprojectmanagementsoftware (e.g. JiraConfluence MS Project) andhavea solidunderstandingofAgileframeworkslikeScrumorKanban.
