Your Mission:
As a Project Leader in our team you will be the strategic mind behind Boschs most critical innovation ventures. You will lead high-stakes projects with direct C-level visibility designing the commercial strategies business models but also driving their execution to turn groundbreaking technology into successful scalable businesses.

• As a Project Leader you drive high-impact strategy projects end-to-end ensuring successful delivery and strong alignment with business goals.
• You act as a trusted advisor on innovation emerging technologies sustainability and other forward-looking business areas.
• In close collaboration with senior management you identify opportunities for growth transformation and continuous improvement.
• You perform in-depth analyses translate insights into clear recommendations and help turn strategy into measurable results.
• Last but not least you mentor and guide junior consultants and foster a culture of collaboration excellence and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

• Education: completed university studies in business studies or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy (clear must have for the position); proven track record as a project leader for larger projects
• Personality and Working Practice: you are characterized by your strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels; your exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities round off your profile
• Languages: business fluent in written and spoken German and English (both languages are equally required)
