We are looking for

Project Controller (m/f/d)

at our locations in EMEA region - Germany (Reutlingen) Hungary (Budaörs)

• You will play a key roll in the development and implementation of our new Global Project Controlling concept

• Business Partner to the Project-Teams Interface to Functional Heads and Technical supervision to the Project Controller.

• Support to develop implement and improve Project Controlling Governance (Processes Systems Reports) in the Regions and Plants.

• Interface to Global Controlling to improve and mature processes. Further development of existing controlling instruments.

• Collaboration on monthly quarterly and annual financial statements.

• Support of forecast and budget processes.

• Support global customizing for all Financial Systems related to Project Controlling.

• Prepare and organize work instructions and project descriptions in necessary languages give trainings on Project Controlling Processes Concepts and System within the Regions and Plants.

• University degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or equivalent qualification

• Relevant professional experience in project controlling of an industrial company is desirable

• Experience in manufacturing environment (experience in automotive is an advantage)

• Business fluent English skills (German is an advantage)

• Soft skills: Great interest in business topics combined with strategic thinking. Strong analytical skills. Stability and assertiveness vis-à-vis top management. High self-motivation paired with strong communication skills including moderation and presentation skills

• Technical knowledge: SAP FI / CO / PS (desirable). Microsoft 365. BI Tools (Qlik PowerBI etc.). Teamcenter

• Willingness to travel (20% yearly)
