Program Manager – Regulatory Programs & Capability Development

• Lead global regulatory transformation programs and implementation initiatives
• Translate regulatory requirements into operating models roadmaps and delivery plans
• Manage program governance milestones risks dependencies and executive reporting
• Facilitate Steering Committees and executive decision-making forums
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across regions business units and corporate functions
• Develop reusable regulatory capabilities standards and operating-model components
• Define transition and handover plans to ensure sustainable implementation

Qualifications :

• University degree in Business Administration Engineering Regulatory Affairs Operations Management or a related field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in international program project or transformation management
• Proven track record delivering complex cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization
• Strong expertise in program governance organizational change and implementation management
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and presentation skills
• Fluent in English; German is an advantage
• Experience with PPWR CPR DWD or comparable regulatory transformation initiatives is highly desirable
