Following the signing of a major contract with a North African customer we are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Contract Implementation Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of this agreement. At the heart of the contract is the introduction and long-term fleet management of the G120TP. This is your chance to run a flagship international program hands-on close to the aircraft and close to the customer.
You own the contract implementation from day one with a clear focus on getting the G120TP fleet into service and keeping it running. You lead an integrated project team across the company act as the single point of contact for the customer and make sure aircraft spares training and support are delivered on time on quality and on cost.
Own the implementation of the contract with a strong focus on G120TP fleet introduction and lifecycle management
Lead an integrated project team across engineering production logistics and customer support in a matrix organisation
Plan and steer aircraft delivery spares provisioning training programs and support services against contractual milestones
Act as the main interface to the customer and central coordinator within Grob for all fleet-related topics
Coordinate and communicate between all internal and external parties involved including the customers operations and maintenance teams
Track and report on fleet status milestones deliverables and contractual obligations
Take responsibility for timeline budget and quality across the full program
Minimum of 5 years experience in project or program management ideally with exposure to fleet management or aircraft entry-into-service programs
Proven background in the aviation or defence industry (mandatory); experience with turboprop trainer aircraft or similar platforms is a plus
Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in a matrix environment
Degree or equivalent qualification
Profound knowledge of project tools (such as OpenProject Microsoft Project Jira) and project methods
Comfortable juggling multiple topics simultaneously and managing various stakeholders internally and externally; confident engaging with C-level counterparts
Languages: German and French fluent both written and spoken (mandatory); English and Arabic are a strong advantage
Team player attitude and a positive hands-on mindset
Willingness to travel including regularly to the customers region
