Job Description:

Job Summary

The Production Planning Manager (f/m/d) is responsible for all Production Planning (Master Planning Scheduling Inventory management) in the plant in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements to ensure satisfactory customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages MPS incl. GOALS and communication to site and S&OP leadership team.
• Balances Inventory scenarios with plant capacities and customer service needs.
• Ensures adequate Raw Material inventory to support the capacity plan.
• Supervises production scheduling in alignment with GOALS agreement.
• Works in partnership with other departments such as Manufacturing Quality Engineering to ensure that a variety of business transactions are completed.
• Leads the Capacity Planners.

Required Qualifications Knowledge Skills:

• BS or Engineering degree in Business Management Logistics or related field.
• 3-5 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical biotech or medical company.
• Good interpersonal relationships & effective communication skills.
• ERP knowledge and computer skills.
• Previous experience leading people.
• APICS certification desired.
• English fluent written and spoken is required
• German fluent written and spoken is preferable
