Production Coordinator, International Originals, DE

This position is for a Production Coordinator International Originals Germany supporting the Production Team based in our Munich office. The Production Coordinator will serve as a key organizational partner ensuring seamless day-to-day operations across a cross-functional multi-time zone team spanning Europe and the US.

Key job responsibilities
Manage complex calendars and scheduling for the production team
Set up internal and external meetings including conference rooms AV needs document distribution and attendance tracking
Track and drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on action items in a timely manner
Coordinate and communicate effectively with peers internal stakeholders vendors and production companies
Organize and execute team activities including meeting agendas off-sites and team events
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the globe


- Experience with multimedia content creation or experience with project management
- Experience with strong project management skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in high volume scheduling for multiple sites or calendar management
- Experience coordinating cross-functional inputs meeting deadlines and effectively managing competing priorities
- Speak write and read fluently in English and have the ability to take direction in English
- Speak write and read fluently in German

- Experience with end-to-end project management
- Experience in photo and video production including post production lighting composition color quality and aesthetics
- Experience partnering with senior leaders to deliver results
- Experience handling confidential information
