Product Manager (mfd) Rheumatology
Job Summary
We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/d) Rheumatology who is collaborative curious and care-focused to join our Immunology Patient Value Unit team based at our UCB offices in Monheim am Rhein Germany.
You will help shape meaningful experiences for healthcare professionals in rheumatology connecting human insight with scientific excellence. You are going to adapt and bring marketing solutions to life in Germany while fostering ethical high-quality this role you will contribute to patient value by turning strategy collaboration and evidence-based thinking into materials and initiatives that support better care.
You will work with a collaborative and supportive network across Germany and Europe. You are going to partner closely with colleagues in immunology medical market access legal compliance communications digital and customer-facing teams. You will also connect with external partners and healthcare professionals fostering shared learning and thoughtful execution in an environment where curiosity respect and patient value guide how people work together.
- adapt rheumatology marketing strategies for the German healthcare environment
- foster meaningful engagement with healthcare professionals through tailored materials and activities
- collaborate across teams to deliver compliant high-quality communication solutions
- gather and share insights to strengthen decisions and patient value
- support training content for customer engagement and field teams
- nurture omnichannel plans with digital and ecosystem collaborators
- Ensure the development and execution of strategic initiatives for our product to drive market growth
For this role we are looking for the following education experience and skills
- Masters degree in marketing business life sciences or healthcare
- About 5 years of healthcare marketing experience in complex environments
- Experience in product management and bringing new solutions to market
- Confidence working with agile methods and cross-functional collaboration
- Strong written and verbal communication in English and German
- Curious flexible and collaborative approach with patient-focused thinking
- Brings a strong aptitude for working with clinical data and translating scientific insights into meaningful implications
