  • in leadingthe strategy development and execution of User Experience (UX) User Interface (UI) design and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives across digital platforms.
  • in defining and championingthe overall product design vision ensuring a consistent intuitive and engaging user experience that aligns with business objectives.
  • in drivingdata-driven decision-making by identifying opportunities for conversion improvement through user research A/B testing and analysis of user behavior and performance metrics.
  • in overseeingthe end-to-end design process from conceptualization wireframing and prototyping to final UI specifications and implementation ensuring high-quality outputs.
  • in collaboratingclosely with Product Owners engineering teams and marketing stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions that enhance user journeys and drive measurable conversion uplift.
  • in monitoring and reportingon key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user engagement conversion rates and design effectiveness continuously iterating and optimizing based on insights.

Youll have

  • a proven track recordof 5 years in UX/UI design product design and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) within a fast-paced digital or e-commerce environment.
  • demonstrated expertisewith leading design and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Sketch Adobe XD) and experience with A/B testing platforms and web analytics tools.
  • strong analytical skillswith the ability to interpret complex data conduct user research and translate insights into actionable design and optimization strategies.
  • excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Product Owners Engineers and Marketing stakeholders.
  • a deep understandingof user-centered design principles information architecture usability best practices and various conversion optimization methodologies.
  • a Bachelors degreein Design Human-Computer Interaction Marketing or a related field or equivalent practical experience. A compelling portfolio showcasing successful design and CRO projects with measurable impact is essential.
