Product Manager Customer Data Platform, Tech Foundations

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our Customer Data Platform (CDP) team and lead the development and growth of our platform to enable personalization at scale across Delivery Hero.

As a member of the central Data Platform tribe youll drive the product vision strategy and execution of DHs Customer Data Platform empowering thousands of internal users to personalize the customer experience through customer targeting capabilities and provide an amazing experience for millions of customers across 70 countries.

This role requires a strong understanding of the data needs of our stakeholders exceptional alignment skills across globally distributed teams and hands-on expertise to understand the status and quality of our platform capabilities. You will work closely with business and engineering teams to align on scalable features that address critical business challenges while partnering internally with the rest of Data Platform to deliver high-impact platform solutions.

You will play a key role in shaping a data ecosystem that processes millions of events every day. Your success will be measured by the reliability and business impact of your global data products.

In this role you will

• Own the Vision: Contribute to define and execute CDPs product strategy and roadmap moving us toward a high-performance service that perfectly aligns with business goals and customer needs.

• Scale Targeting Capabilities: Gather requirements from a wide range of internal stakeholders to understand their data needs translating them into data and features that solve high-stakes challenges across multiple data domains.

• Lead a Squad: Partner up with your teams Engineering Manager to drive a squad of engineers by prioritizing work effectively so your team is always executing and delivering on the most impactful projects.

• Guardian of Quality & Progress: Define and track key metrics to measure the success and impact of the platform ensuring continuous improvement optimization and absolute transparency when managing the expectations of your globally distributed stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• PM Experience: Proven track record as a (Senior) Product Manager ideally with strong experience on data platforms customer personalization or audience targeting.

• Business Acumen & Technical Literacy: You bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution. You speak the language of business as well as the technical one. You have experience with managing complex data driven products & participation in technical discussions with engineers as well as non-technical stakeholders.

• Strategic & Persuasive: Exceptional stakeholder management skills. You have excellent communication and presentation skills to surface stakeholder needs explain product capabilities and communicate roadmap decisions in a clear and concise way.

• Bias for Action: You are proactive intellectually curious and self driven. You move fast to deliver value leveraging data-driven metrics to optimize product delivery and continuously improve platform performance.
