Product Manager (all genders)
Job Summary
- Own product outcomes from discovery through delivery: talk to customers frame the real problem decide what we build and ship it to production.
- Shape the solution end to end from the customer problem to the interface people actually use making a complex domain feel simple.
- Get hands-on with the data and the planning logic: query it yourself understand how our forecasting and optimization models behave and troubleshoot when somethings off.
- Put AI to work on real customer problems. Weave it deep into how spare-parts planning gets done as a core part of the product not a bolt-on.
- Stay close to our customers from a world-famous motorsport team to global leaders in industrial automation and packaging and turn what you learn into roadmap and measurable impact.
- 3 years in product management for B2B enterprise or technical/data-heavy products owning outcomes from discovery to delivery.
- Comfortable getting hands-on with data: querying it yourself understanding how optimization and forecasting models work and troubleshooting rather than treating the system as a black box.
- Genuinely fluent with AI: you know how to weave it into solving real customer problems not just how to chat with it.
- A talent for simplification: you turn complex technical concepts into clear usable product and can shape that experience yourself.
- A self-starter with customers and ambiguity: you seek out users firsthand and are energized by being the first dedicated PM rather than following a finished playbook.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong working German: a real plus for getting close to our customers.
- Exposure to ERP supply chain manufacturing or other complex industrial domains.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
- You want real ownership from the customer problem to what ships in production.
- You love the speed and access of working directly with a founder and you want to learn at that pace.
- Youd rather build something that ships than polish a finished product from a distance.
- Youre not squeamish about a bit of logic and math.
- You prefer working in person over coordinating from a distance.
- You want a tightly scoped backlog handed to you rather than owning the discovery yourself.
- You prefer to stay above the technical detail and treat the optimization as a black box.
- You need a fully remote setup.
- Youd rather work in a large product org with clearly defined swim lanes than be the first PM in a fast-moving team.
- A bit of math and data querying doesnt sound appealing.
- Work shoulder to shoulder with a founder. This is about as close to the action as product gets: fast decisions no bureaucracy and the experience of building something real next to the person who started it. Youll learn an enormous amount fast.
- An office-first culture in Berlin. We believe the best work happens shoulder to shoulder. Youll join a team that values in-person collaboration fast feedback loops and the energy of working side by side every day. The occasional home office day is fine but if youre looking for a remote-heavy setup this isnt the right role.
- Annual team week. Once a year we all come together somewhere inspiring working building and enjoying each others company.
- Shared success. Youll be part of our Virtual Stock Incentive Plan (VSIP) giving you a real stake in what were building together.
- A career that grows as fast as we do. In a wide-open category and a company moving this quickly the ceiling is high. The scope and ownership you take on can grow as fast as the company does.
- Notion for knowledge planning and documentation
- Teamwork to manage projects and priorities
- HubSpot for CRM pipeline insights and commercial reporting
- Excel for KPIs modelling and analysis
- Outlook & Teams for email and scheduling
- Slack for day-to-day communication and quick collaboration
- Modern AI tools that we use throughout the business and which youll help us push further

When a machine stops on a factory floor it can cost tens of thousands of euros per hour. The spare part that would have fixed it in minutes was either out of stock buried in the wrong warehouse or never planned for. This is one of the most expensive most overlooked problems in industrial operations and its been managed with spreadsheets and gut feel for decades.
PartsCloud is changing that. Our AI platform PartsOS turns the messy fragmented ERP data of real factories into spare-parts plans that run in production every day. Porsche Motorsport Schunk Coperion Glaston and Elopak already run on PartsOS. We operate from Stuttgart and Berlin were growing fast and the category is still wide open.
If you join us now youre one of the people who decides what this company becomes.
