Product Manager (all genders)

This rolesits in the Product team ofourDigital Building System & Planning(DBSP)vertical whose function is to provide theessentiallinkin our digital value chainbetween our physical buildingplanning teams and ourproduct deliveryand executionteams whocoordinatethe automated production and site assembly of our projects.

As a Product Manager on this team you willhelp drive the development of thekeydigital products whichdefine our building system and enable itsscalableapplication to our growing number of building projects.

• Manage and coordinatethe development of the GROPYUSdigitalproducts thatenablefast and efficientbuildingproduct design and projectplanning acrossthe digital value chain

• Align regularly with our stakeholdersacrossdifferent departments andteamstotranslate current and future user needs into product requirements

• Help manageour verticalsroadmaptogether with your product management colleagues andin alignment with the DBSPHeadsourTech Leadsand their teamsof software engineersto ensureefficientutilizationof resources anda delivery plan in line with our quarterly goals

• Applyproduct lifecycle management principles to the development ofourproductsensuringsteady improvement of the evolving productin terms of cost quality and efficiencywhilemaintainingdata consistency across versions

You will work closely with:

• TheDBSP Techsoftware engineering team;one of the TechLeadswill be your working pair from the Technology Business Unit

• Our embedded designer from the Product Designteam who contributestheirexpertisetotheuserexperienceand the varioususerinterfacesofourproducts

• The Building System Team who together with Building Productand Building Technical Infrastructure (BTI) definesthe architectural and engineering design of our building system

• The Product Delivery Team with whom weinterface forthe production and assembly of our building projects

• The Solutions Team who implementsour buildingsystem product in our live building projects

• You are aproduct managerwith at least3years of experience ideally witha BSc or MSc;experience with tech products in thearchitecture engineering or constructionsectorsa plus

• You have experience managing the development of innovative specializeddigitaltoolseither for internal or externalapplications;familiaritywith architectural or engineering planningsoftwareis a plus

• You enjoy problem solving and excel at findinguser-centricsolutions to complex problems with many moving partsand multiple stakeholders

• You are comfortableand confident insetting high-level goals aligned with an overall strategy andbreaking these down into featuresand deliverables in the form of quarterly goals and epic-level roadmapsfor your team

• You are a skilled communicator and excel atstakeholdermanagementand user communicationable tointerpret their needs and goals in a way that can be translated into product features and functions

• Youhave a provenability tooperateas a Product Manager withina Product/Tech vertical organizational structurecollaborating closely with cross-functional engineering design and deliveryteams
