Job Summary
- Main Responsibilities Analyze existing business processes in the Services perimeter to identify inefficiencies bottlenecks and areas for digital optimization;
- Map current processes and design future-state workflows to align with digitalization goals;
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into actionable design features;
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support the adoption of digital solutions;
- Collaborate with departments of Digital and Data Readiness Center to ensure smooth implementation of new technologies.
Qualifications :
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Teamplayer;
- Mindset for thinking end2end and out of the box;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactively proposing solutions improvement to Business looking at performance / sustainability on short- mid- and long- term solutions would be desirable.
Additional Information :
This position is based in Manching Germany.
Candidates must be eligible to obtain a German Ü2 security clearance.
