WHAT YOULL BE DOING



TheTransfers team plays a key role within Operations ensuring the seamless transfer of customer securities between Trade Republic and external financial institutions. Working closely with Product Engineering Tax and Customer Service the team helps deliver a reliable transfer experience while continuously improving our processes and supporting our growing network of B2B partners.
As a Working Student youll support the team across day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience in post-trade operations within a fast-growing fintech.

  • Support the processing and monitoring of domestic and international securities transfers for our B2B partners.
  • Assist with bank-to-bank communication to ensure transfer requests progress smoothly and operational queries are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Help investigate unmatched or failed transfers by coordinating with internal teams and external financial institutions.
  • Support the review and validation of transfer documentation templates and settlement instructions to ensure operational accuracy.
  • Monitor operational queues and support the timely completion of customer transfer requests.
  • Assist with testing new product features and operational process changes before rollout.
  • Help identify process improvement opportunities and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
  • Collaborate with Product Engineering and Operations teams on initiatives to improve the end-to-end transfer experience.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Finance Economics Mathematics Engineering or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Curious proactive and eager to learn about financial markets and post-trade operations.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
  • Interest in financial services capital markets or securities transfers is an advantage no prior transfers experience is required.
  • Fluent in English (C1 level); German &/or French is a big plus.
