Job Summary
Job Description:
- Prepare plastic and composite/carbon components for painting.
- Carry out manual sanding and surface preparation.
- Perform masking of components before painting.
- Prepare set up and clean components using appropriate chemical solutions.
- Carry out manual spray painting using a spray gun.
- Paint plastic and composite/CFRP components according to required quality standards.
- Perform polishing and finishing of painted components.
- Follow workplace safety quality and production procedures.
- Perform other general support duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical spray painting/spray gun experience is desirable.
- Experience in industrial painting automotive painting plastic component painting or composite/CFRP painting will be an advantage.
- Candidates with strong hands-on painting skills and relevant ITI/NTC training may also be considered.
- NTC / ITI Painter (General) qualification.
- Qualification should preferably be issued under NCVT / DGT.
- Candidates with relevant vocational training in industrial painting/coating technology may also be considered.

Required Skills:
