We are excited to welcome a detail-oriented and proactive Process Management Specialist to our Service team in this role you will help keep our daily operations structured data-driven and commercially aligned while working closely with colleagues across different functions.   • You support daily service operations by validating data and making sure information is accurate complete and consistent.
  • You help monitor and improve operational processes across different project stages to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
  • You identify issues in data or processes early think in a structured way and contribute practical improvement ideas.
  • You maintain clear documentation and reliable records to support transparency and operational excellence.
  • You consolidate data and assist in building simple dashboards and reports that help the team make informed decisions.
  • You support cost monitoring and validation to ensure operational activities are aligned with financial expectations.
Your profile

  • You are currently studying Business Finance Engineering or a related field.
  • You bring strong communication and coordination skills and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and handle information with a high level of accuracy and care.
  • You are confident using Excel and you are familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
  • You are well organized can manage several tasks at once and stay reliable in a fast-paced environment.
  • You speak English at C1 level and Chinese skills are a plus.
