You support daily service operations by validating data and making sure information is accurate complete and consistent.
You help monitor and improve operational processes across different project stages to keep workflows smooth and efficient.
You identify issues in data or processes early think in a structured way and contribute practical improvement ideas.
You maintain clear documentation and reliable records to support transparency and operational excellence.
You consolidate data and assist in building simple dashboards and reports that help the team make informed decisions.
You support cost monitoring and validation to ensure operational activities are aligned with financial expectations.
Your profile

You are currently studying Business Finance Engineering or a related field.
You bring strong communication and coordination skills and enjoy working with cross-functional teams.
You have a sharp eye for detail and handle information with a high level of accuracy and care.
You are confident using Excel and you are familiar with data visualization tools such as Power BI Tableau or similar platforms.
You are well organized can manage several tasks at once and stay reliable in a fast-paced environment.
You speak English at C1 level and Chinese skills are a plus.
