Private Debt Investment Analyst

You will be fully integrated into the activities of the Private Debt team in Frankfurt Germanyand will actively participate in the following missions:

• Support Tikehau Capitals local team to execute DACH Private Debt transactions in all aspects of the investment process from origination to execution and portfolio management
• Reviewing and analyzing potential target companies their products markets and risks
• Developing cash flow based models and sensitivity cases
• Developing of investment memoranda and materials for Tikehaus investment committee
• Monitoring of fund and portfolio company performance and preparation of investor reports
• Preparation of marketing pitch and client presentations and documents
• Market research focused on current LBO market trends
• Co-operation and support of other teams like Private Equity Real Assets Capital Market Strategies where required

• Degree in Business Administration / Economics preferably with a focus on finance accounting and / or banking
• High analytical ability as well as structured and accurate way of working
• Relevant work experience for example from internships in investment banking private equity / debt consulting or Big 4
• Experience with MS Office and fluency in English and German
• Demonstrated high level of commitment versatility curiosity determination and the ability to work in a team environment.
