We are looking for a Principal RF/mmWave Design Engineer to architect design and integrate advanced RF/mmWave IPs and ICs for highfrequency circuits powering nextgeneration radar this role youll collaborate with exceptional engineering teams lead critical technical initiatives and help drive innovations that support the automotive sector and the broader hightech industry.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Architect specify design and integrate high-performance RF/mmWave IPs and ICs

  • Develop integrated high-frequency circuits for radar applications

  • Design circuits operating at 24 GHz 60 GHz 77 GHz and up to 120 GHz

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with system applications software RF lab and ATE teams

  • Lead technical activities and mentor junior engineers

  • Perform or support circuit characterization and debug in the RF lab

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • MSc or PhD in Electronic Engineering Microelectronics or a related field with 5 years of industry experience designing RF/mmWave ICs

  • Strong theoretical and practical expertise in silicon-based IC design particularly RF ICs above 10 GHz

  • Proven experience designing mmWave circuits such as amplifiers PAs phase rotators splitters/combiners LNAs and frequency multipliers

  • Knowledge of RF CMOS and BiCMOS process technologies including automotive-grade specifications

  • Proficiency in transistor-level analog/RF simulation layout and verification tools (e.g. Cadence EMX RFPro PathWave HFSS CST)

  • Hands-on experience with RF measurement and characterization equipment (e.g. VNA spectrum analyzer oscilloscope signal generator)

  • Strong communication teamwork and leadership skills

  • Business-fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
