We are currently looking for a Postal branch Operator (m/w/d) mini-job to join our team.
Tasks
- Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company standards;
- Consulting customers on shipping services and available solutions;
- Receiving processing sorting scanning and handing over shipments;
- Checking parcels packaging labeling weight and dimensions;
- Creating and processing waybills and shipment documentation in the system;
- Entering and updating shipment information in internal systems;
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring data accuracy.
Requirements
- German language proficiency at B1 level or higher;
- Fluency in Ukrainian language;
- Basic computer skills;
- Strong communication skills and customer-oriented attitude;
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
