What would be your key responsibilities

• Drive the Snickers brand strategy and growth agenda across the DACH market
• Adapt and activate global and regional brand plans to deliver local business impact
• Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns and consumer activation initiatives
• Partner closely with Sales Media Supply Chain CMI SRM and regional teams to deliver growth
• Identify opportunities through market consumer and performance insights and translate them into action
• Lead innovation projects and product launches from idea to execution
• Shape and optimize the product portfolio to meet consumer and business needs
• Ensure strong stakeholder alignment and contribute to key business planning processes
• Manage marketing investments effectively to maximize impact and business performance
• Represent DACH in regional and global brand communities and share best practices across markets

What are we looking for

• Several years of experience in Brand Marketing within FMCG
• Strong track record of developing and executing brand strategies campaigns and innovation launches
• A consumer-first mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and influencing diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to drive business decisions
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Economics or a related field
• Customer Marketing experience is a plus
