Faciliates development and implementation of sustainability strategy for Sustainable Materials in Adhesive Technologies
What youll do
Drive & maintain implementation of sustainability initiative tracking tool
Perform cross-functional coordination of processes and departments initiates and supports sustainability initiatives for emission reductions and circular materials
Collaborate closely with Sustainability teams across markets as well as Marketing / Sales / Business Development / Purchasing to steer activities on the advancements and implementation of projects
Develop and oversee roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g. resourceallocation)
Collaborate with senior management on all aspects of the organizations sustainability development policies and initiatives
Advance consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)
What makes you a good fit
Masters degree in Sustainability Business Administration Chemical engineering or a related field
Min. 5 years of professional experience in sustainability and/or commercial roles in the chemical industry or consulting ideally with a strong focus on sustainability related projects
Background and experience in sustainability marketing or purchasing is a plus
Excellent understanding of complexity of products technologies and value chains required
Excellent presentation and communication skills Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset strong project management skills and passion about driving change and challenging the status quo
Fluent English language skills good knowledge of German is an advantage
