PMO Sustainable Materials (dfm)

What youll do

• Drive & maintain implementation of sustainability initiative tracking tool
• Perform cross-functional coordination of processes and departments initiates and supports sustainability initiatives for emission reductions and circular materials
• Collaborate closely with Sustainability teams across markets as well as Marketing / Sales / Business Development / Purchasing to steer activities on the advancements and implementation of projects
• Develop and oversee roll-out of guidance and excellence for change activities (e.g. resourceallocation)
• Collaborate with senior management on all aspects of the organizations sustainability development policies and initiatives
• Advance consistency and efficiency for Processes and Organization (Operating Model)

What makes you a good fit

• Masters degree in Sustainability Business Administration Chemical engineering or a related field
• Min. 5 years of professional experience in sustainability and/or commercial roles in the chemical industry or consulting ideally with a strong focus on sustainability related projects
• Background and experience in sustainability marketing or purchasing is a plus
• Excellent understanding of complexity of products technologies and value chains required
• Excellent presentation and communication skills Individual with both strategic and analytical mindset strong project management skills and passion about driving change and challenging the status quo
• Fluent English language skills good knowledge of German is an advantage
