Job Summary

As (Senior)Performance & Inventory Manager (m/f/d) you will play a key role in optimizing global supply chain performance driving inventory excellence and enabling data-driven decision-making across our international network. You will be responsible for:

YOUR CONTRIBUTION

  • Define and monitor global supply chain and inventory KPIs
  • Develop dashboards reports and performance insights to support decision-making
  • Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities
  • Lead global inventory optimization initiatives to balance service cost and working capital
  • Manage risks related to excess obsolete slow-moving and expiring inventory
  • Drive inventory strategy policies and continuous improvement activities
  • Support digitalization and automation projects across supply chain processes
  • Develop advanced analytics and predictive models for inventory and service performance
  • Conduct scenario analyses and provide recommendations for business decisions
  • Lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Supply Chain Commercial Quality Finance IT and Manufacturing teams worldwide

YOUR PROFILE

  • Degree in Supply Chain Management Business Economics or a related field
  • Several years of experience in supply chain inventory or performance management
  • Experience within the pharmaceutical biotech or life sciences industry
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in KPI management and reporting
  • Must-have Hands-on experience with ERP and analytics tools such as SAP Power BI SAP BW SAC Python or similar
  • APICS (CPIM/CSCP) certification is a plus
  • Exprience in data science and AI is a plus
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Business fluent in English (written and spoken) German andadditional languages are an advantage
