People Operations Advisor (mfd)

As a Senior People Operations Advisor you will be a trusted partner to employees and managers across Germany Austria and Switzerland delivering expert HR operational support throughout the employee lifecycle. Combining strong HR expertise with a service-oriented mindset you will help ensure a seamless employee experience while driving process excellence and continuous improvement.

What Youll Do

• Provide expert HR operational support and guidance to employees and managers across the DACH region.
• Manage complex employee lifecycle activities including onboarding transfers contractual changes leave administration and offboarding.
• Prepare employment-related documentation including contracts amendments certificates references and termination documents.
• Support works council processes and ensure compliance with labor law requirements and internal policies.
• Maintain accurate employee data and HR transactions in Workday and other HR systems.
• Manage HR inquiries and cases through multiple channels while delivering a high-quality employee experience.
• Partner closely with People Partners Payroll and other stakeholders to resolve operational and employee-related matters.
• Drive process improvements standardization and the adoption of HR technologies and self-service solutions.
• Support reporting people analytics and the implementation of new HR processes and organizational changes.

What Youll Bring

• Solid experience in HR Operations People Services or HR Administration within an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of employee lifecycle processes and HR administration ideally within the DACH region.
• Experience working with HR systems preferably Workday.
• A proactive solution-oriented approach with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in German and English.
