Your Responsibilities
- Active involvement in and support for the implementation of local and group-wide P&C projects (including talent management succession planning etc.)
- Support the recruitment process (selection conducting interviews) in collaboration with the People Business Manager and support throughout the entire employee lifecycle (payroll onboarding development retention offboarding) at the Stockach site
- Support the day-to-day management of the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Design and implementation of learning and development (L&D) programmes for the entire group
- Identifying training needs in collaboration with managers as well as organising and facilitating training sessions workshops and development programmes in German and English
Your Profile
- A generalist with a People & Culture background possessing several years professional experience and broad practical expertise across the employee life cycle ranging from day-to-day support and recruitment to the implementation of People & Culture initiatives
- Proven experience in independently leading and implementing People & Culture projects ideally across multiple sites or groups
- Experience in Learning & Development (design implementation and facilitation of development programmes) or a strong intrinsic interest in developing further in this area and taking on responsibility
In-depth knowledge of German employment law - Ability to switch confidently between strategic project work and day-to-day operational tasks and to set priorities flexibly
- A high degree of initiative flexibility and motivation combined with a pragmatic hands-on approach and a passion for building new initiatives and actively shaping them
- An independent structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as a strong ability to deliver results
- Very good written and spoken German and English
