• We are fundamentally redesigning banking processes around AI orchestration standardized modular building blocks and embedded regulatory compliance.

• Partner Management & Growth Support.
• Assist Partner Managers with day-to-day operations and account administrative tasks for existing partner portfolios.
• Support the preparation of partner meetings business reviews and account updates.
• Track account metrics usage trends and assist in identifying potential areas for product adoption or upsell.
• Banking & Compliance Operations Knowledge.
• Develop a solid understanding of Solaris regulated product offerings (e.g. IBANs cards lending KYC compliance processes).
• Help document partner inquiries regarding product setups and liaise with internal operations and compliance teams to help resolve basic requests.
• Market Research & Sales Enablement.
• Conduct market competitor and partner research to help identify prospective growth opportunities.
• Prepare briefing materials market insights and presentation decks to support Senior Partner Managers in strategic discussions.

• Currently a Bachelors or Master student in business economics finance or any related field.
• Confident working with cross-functional stakeholders (Legal Product Compliance Operations etc.).
• German & English communication skills at business level.
• structured analytical and detail-oriented.
• Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
