Oracle Talent Learning Compensation Consultant (Freelance)

For the setup of a long-term Oracle HCM expert pool we are looking for an experienced consultant covering multiple areas across Talent Management Learning and Compensation.

We are not looking for a traditional full-time project consultant. We understand that not every consultant covers all three modules at the same depth. Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the three areas is therefore sufficient.

Project setup:

• Contract: Freelance
• Location: Remote
• Workload: Flexible assignments based on actual demand with no guaranteed minimum volume

• Functional support for Talent Learning and/or Compensation
• Issue analysis and bug fixing
• Configuration and optimization of existing processes
• Implementation of smaller enhancements and new features
• Support with Oracle quarterly releases
• Impact assessments and testing
• Functional advice to business stakeholders

• Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following modules: Talent Learning Compensation
• Productive configuration and support experience
• Experience with issue analysis and enhancements
• Good understanding of Core HR processes
• Experience with releases and testing
• Ability to work independently with client stakeholders
• Very good English skills
