Du bist für die Betriebskennzahlen zuständig und entwickelst Strategien um die Wünsche unserer Kund:innen zu erfüllen und Amazon Operations weiter ßerdem leitest Du ein großes Team entwickelst es weiter und förderst Deine Teamleiter:innen.

Key job responsibilities
- Überwachung der Betriebskennzahlen und geschäftlichen Leistung
- Mitwirken bei der Budgetplanung unter Berücksichtigung aller Aspekte von den Finanzen bis hin zur Arbeitskräfteplanung
- Aufrechterhaltung höchster Standards im betrieblichen Arbeitsschutz
- Strategische Planung für die kommenden drei sechs und zwölf Monate mit Schwerpunkt auf der Planung für die Hochsaison
- Verantwortung für die Führungskräfte Deines Bereichs einschließlich von Performance- und Feedbackgesprächen und ihrer Weiterentwicklung

A day in the life
Du betreust mehrere unserer Deiner Zeit vor Ort förderst Du Dein Team und wirkst bei der operativen Planung dieser Rolle leitest und motivierst Du ein Team von Führungskräften und konzentrierst Dich gleichzeitig auf langfristige Ziele. Das beinhaltet die Erstellung von Notfallplänen um den Betrieb aufrecht zu erhalten und die Auswirkungen möglicher Störungen zu mindern ebenso wie das Fördern von Initiativen zur Steigerung der Qualität Sicherheit und Produktivität. Du demonstrierst vorbildhafte Verantwortung und engagierst Dich für Best Practice im gesamten Unternehmen.

- Studienabschluss Relevante Erfahrung in einer Managementrolle in Fertigung Produktion Vertriebslogistik Einzelhandel oder Lebensmittelhandel Relevante Erfahrung in der Arbeit im Rahmen einer komplexen Stakeholderstruktur Fortgeschrittene Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

- Weiterführender Studienabschluss (z. B. Master) in Ingenieurswesen Lieferketten Logistik oder Fertigung Erfahrung im Management von Drittparteibeziehungen Erfahrung in der Anwendung von Lean- Six-Sigma- und Kaizen-Methoden Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
