The Omni Demand Generation (ODG) Analyst is the key driver of data-driven insights and measurement for our demand generation model. This role is responsible for establishing one unified view of performance connecting our cross-functional Omni KPIs to inform the fluid optimization and reallocation of budgets and resources across all commercial levers.

This is a highly analytical role focused on measuring the effectiveness of activation strategies and providing strategic recommendations to drive measurable business growth. The ODG Analytics Manager works closely with the Commercial Country teams to ensure all activities are measured and optimized based on performance data. By leveraging modern data visualization and cross-commercial analytics this role ensures our omnichannel strategies successfully win the omni-shopper.

The position reports into the ODG Marketing Director of the North Europe Hub.

Responsibilities include the following but not limited to:

  • Performance Measurement & Modeling: Lead the development of measurement frameworks and analytical models to assess the effectiveness and ROI of the clusters commercial efforts to drive brand purchase and advocacy. Ensure analysis is deeply rooted and informed by the Moments that Matter in the pet parent journey to quantify demand drivers.

  • Competitive Intelligence & RGM Support: Regularly monitor competitor activity (including promotional pricing and mechanics) and ensure learnings are actioned. Support Revenue Growth Management (RGM) strategies pricing tracking and portfolio/SKU rationalization analytics.

  • Shopper Marketing Measurement: Measure the performance of Shopper strategies and materials to drive demand. Analyze the effectiveness of localization and deployment of omnichannel Point of Purchase (POP) assets.

  • Insights Generation: Generate actionable insights derived from competitive landscape category developments and internal execution data to inform strategic decisions and drive measurable growth.

  • Content Performance Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of the localized content strategy rooted in the BEP ensuring local and cultural overlays are contributing to marketing objectives.

  • Performance Management: Own the analytics discipline for monthly reviews (MoDi) through performance dashboards and deep-dive analysis focusing on ODG KPIs and ROI.

  • Data & Tool Proficiency: Act as the cluster expert on ODG data sources and AI-enabled internal and external tools driving commercial capability by training stakeholders on performance dashboards and analytical methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Growth Mindset: Ability to operate in a fluid cross-commercial environment where budgets are reallocated based on a holistic view of performance.

  • Data Modeling & Visualization: Demonstrated ability to design implement and maintain advanced analytical models and data visualizations (dashboards) for senior leadership.

  • Omnichannel & Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of commercial levers like pricing promotions and distribution coupled with a strong knowledge of eCommerce retail environments and the omni-shopper journey.

  • Analytics Translation & Proficiency: Expert ability to leverage AI-enabled internal and external tools and cross-commercial analytics to monitor execution effectiveness and ensure optimal resource allocation on the ground. Ability to articulate complex technical data concepts to non-technical commercial audiences in a clear and compelling manner.

  • Strategic Syncing: Experience working as One Commercial Team with Marketing and Customer Development as well as Subject Matter Experts to deliver unified brand experiences.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Data Science Statistics or related quantitative field

  • 3 years of experience in Data Analytics Business Intelligence Sales or related quantitative role ideally in matrixed organizations

  • Proven critical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities including ability to uncover measurable insights from large datasets

  • High proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g. Domo Tableau Power BI Looker Sigma).

  • Strong understanding of the Consumer Journey Methodology and the ability to measure its impact

  • Strong collaboration skills and project management capabilities

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to tell a story with data

  • Fluency in English (written and oral)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence Marketing or Customer Development

  • Pet Nutrition or related industry experience

  • Experience with advanced analytics tools (e.g. SQL Python R) and data visualization platforms (e.g. Tableau Power BI)

  • Experience with and understanding of the Profession as a recommendation and selling channel

  • Strong tech-fluency and experience using AI-powered tools

  • Able to communicate in one of the Hub languages
