What does the job involve
We are looking to strengthen our office support in our Berlin office.The role will work in support of the Country Manager (CM) and central support functions at headquarters such as Facility Management HSE Procurement and IT.
By joining our team in the Berlin office you will:
Deliver professional office management of the Berlin office.
Deliver administrative support.
What will my tasks be
Within this position your key tasks will be to:
Tasks in the role (non-exhaustive list):
Be the key contact point for guests visitors the landlord facility management and other office-related services.
Be responsible for IT services and infrastructure of the Berlin office such as CCTV server and access systems.
Support the requisition service entry and invoice handling.
Take active control of costs.
Monitor office correspondence keep track of crucial timelines and support office administrative requests.
Support and coordinate events and meetings.
Be are familiar with German domestic protocol and communicate with German authorities in a professional way.
Ensure that office-related processes and compliance requirements (e.g. DGUV fire protection first aid) are met.
The position will report to the Country Manager of Equinor in Germany.

An education as clerk or equivalent.
5 years of experience from working as clerk and/or administration services and support.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and German. Norwegian is an advantage.
Familiar with local work place regulations and the domestic protocols in Germany.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g SAP) and MS office.
Work independently be proactive reliable and structured.
Work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to continuously learn and develop.
Proactive solution-oriented and capable of independent work.
High ethical integrity.
Have the ability to live by our safety and security expectations.
Please note that this is a full-time fixed-term position in Berlin with a contract duration of two years. This role requires you to have the flexibility to travel for business purposes when required.
