Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable person to support our growing AI infrastructure startup in Heidelberg. You will help keep our office clean organised and welcoming take care of the kitchen shared spaces and meeting rooms restock drinks and snacks and support with small shopping and organisational tasks.
The role is approximately 1216 hours per week spread across 34 mornings and is fully on-site at our office near Heidelberg Central Station.
Tasks
- Cleaning and maintaining our office space
- Keeping the kitchen shared areas and meeting rooms clean and organized
- Regularly stocking the fridge with breakfast items drinks and snacks
- Shopping for groceries cleaning products and other office supplies
- Monitoring supplies and restocking them when needed
- Supporting the team with general housekeeping and organizational tasks
Requirements
- You enjoy creating a clean organized and welcoming environment
- You are reliable independent and well organized
- You have a good eye for detail and notice what needs to be done
- You enjoy supporting a team and taking a hands-on approach
- Good communication skills in German or English
Nice to have
- Previous cleaning experience
- An interest in occasionally cooking for the team is a plus
