We are expanding our global footprint and seeking an Operations & Process Optimization Office Assistant for our office Constance Germany. This role reports directly to the COO.

This is a fixed-term position (1 year) with the option of transferring to a permanent role.

Tasks

• Responsible for purchasing production material and operating supplies
• Quality control for orders received
• Maintaining databases and ERP system
• Support with shipping logistics (preparing documentation packaging goods etc.) and coordination with shipping service providers
• Office organization and general administrative support for the operations team

Requirements

Must-have Requirements

• Minimum 23 Jahre experience in in a similar role.
• You live in the Constance area this is an in-office role.
• Experience with ERP systems
• Experience in shipping logistics ideally including customs clearance
• Good communication skills and excellent English skills (grammatically correct verbally and in writing).
