Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist in Landstuhl.You provide practical advice and solutions to enable people to live full satisfying and independentlives. You work with patients to help them participate in their daily activities.
Qualifications
- BS or masters degree in current and active Occupational Therapy license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (with AED).Preferredbut not mandatory.
- Native English Speaker.
- Undertaking assessment of patients physical communication interactionand cognitive skills.
- Planning and providing appropriate treatment andactivities.
- Advising on exercises that can improve the patients mobility or dexterity.
- Administering therapy and monitoring progress.
- Liaising with doctors family members careers and other professionals and keeping them updated.
