Your area of work

Clearstream Risk Management (CRM) is responsible for the identification measurement monitoring and reporting of operational business and liquidity risks across the Clearstream Group. Within CRM the Non-Financial Risk (NFR) function acts as a second line of defence providing independent risk expertise advisory and challenge to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance across all entities.

Your responsibilities

  • Support the identification assessment monitoring and reporting of non-financial risks across Clearstream legal entities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business units providing risk guidance and constructive challenge including strategic and emerging topics
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of the NFR framework (e.g. risk taxonomy Material Change Process data governance SAP GRC)
  • Support and/or coordinate OpRisk Reviews scenario analysis and stress testing activities
  • Analyse risk data (KRIs loss events audit findings) and support preparation of management-ready reporting
  • Support control assurance activities including testing of design and operating effectiveness and follow-up of remediation actions
  • Contribute to or lead due diligence reviews across entities
  • Support interaction with regulators auditors and industry bodies including preparation of reviews and closure of findings
  • Provide input to management and risk committees; contribute to ad-hoc and crisis-related risk topics

Your profile

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to structure and communicate complex topics clearly
  • Solid understanding of risk management and relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g. CSDR MaRisk Basel / CRR)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (German/French) are an advantage
