This position is part of the Solutions business (Solco)within Animal Nutrition & Health (ANH). This is one of the two standalone entities to be created from ANH as part of the divestment to CVC Capital.

Your key responsibilities

  • Drive the growth of the Mycotoxin Risk Management business across EMEA by supporting the regional strategy and identifying new commercial opportunities.
  • Partner with sales teams and key customers to provide technical expertise deliver value-based solutions and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer programs that enable internal teams and customers to understand and effectively apply mycotoxin risk management solutions.
  • Support the launch and market introduction of innovative mycotoxin management technologies translating scientific knowledge into commercial success.
  • Develop compelling technical value propositions and customer-focused materials to position dsm-firmenich as the industry leader in mycotoxin risk management.
  • Collaborate across functions geographies and species segments (poultry swine ruminants and aquaculture) to deliver sustainable growth and exceptional customer support throughout the EMEA region.

You bring

  • A degree in Animal Science Animal Nutrition Agronomy Veterinary Sciences or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in the animal nutrition feed livestock or animal health industry with a strong understanding of commercial market dynamics.
  • The ability to combine technical expertise with a commercial mindset translating scientific knowledge into value for customers and sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to train influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
  • A proactive self-driven approach and the ability to thrive in an international matrix organization managing multiple priorities across regions and functions.
  • Fluent English and willingness to travel across the EMEA region building strong relationships with colleagues customers and industry partners.
