Metalworker Industrial Maintenance Technician

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain inspect troubleshoot and repair production machinery industrial equipment and operational facilities.
  

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure smooth plant operations.
  

• Independently execute mechanical fitting fabrication and metalworking activities in the workshop.
  

• Identify mechanical faults diagnose equipment breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs to minimise production downtime.
  

• Replace defective damaged and worn-out machine components as required.
  

• Maintain proper documentation and records of maintenance servicing and repair activities.
  

• Perform metal fabrication and machining operations including welding drilling grinding turning milling and sawing.
  

• Read and interpret technical drawings engineering plans and manufacturing documents.
  

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations hygiene requirements and quality standards.
  

• Completed vocational training / ITI / Diploma in Industrial Maintenance Fitting Metalworking Mechatronics Industrial Mechanics Mechanical Engineering or Machining Technology.
  

• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant hands-on experience in industrial machinery maintenance equipment servicing and mechanical repairs.
  

• Practical knowledge of metalworking fabrication and machining processes including welding drilling grinding turning and milling.
  

• Ability to operate workshop tools equipment and industrial machinery independently.
  

• Good understanding of technical drawings mechanical components and manufacturing documentation.
  

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance troubleshooting and breakdown management.
  

• Ability to follow industrial safety procedures quality standards and hygiene guidelines.
  

• Valid Category B Driving Licence.
  

• German Language Proficiency: B2 level (mandatory) good command of spoken and written German.
  

Preferred Candidate Backgrounds: Industrial Maintenance Mechanical Fitting Metal Fabrication Mechatronics Industrial Machinery Maintenance and Manufacturing.
