Marketing Project Manager (all genders) - Fixed-Term

Your tasks:

• Act as the central point of contact for marketing requests from sales organisations across Europe covering campaign support sales materials local activations product launches events and customer communications

• Turn incoming requests into clear actionable briefs by defining the actual need scope deliverables owners and timelines

• Prioritise the marketing project portfolio together with Sales Excellence based on business impact cost and time to deliver with clear communication on priorities and tradeoffs

• Manage marketing projects end to end choosing the right approach for each project from structured planning and milestone tracking to agile sprints

• Drive projects forward by setting agendas coordinating stakeholders assigning owners tracking deadlines and ensuring decisions and follow-ups lead to delivery

• Create concise management reporting that provides transparency on progress risks dependencies and blockers while supporting steering committees and management meetings and coordinating follow-ups across Marketing &Sales Excellence

Your profile:

• Completed degree in Business Administration Marketing Communications Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

• Several years of project management experience in a corporate environment ideally in the mobility services industry with solid expertise in both classical and agile methods and the ability to combine them pragmatically

• Experience in marketing and/or campaign management with a good understanding of campaigns lead generation funnel logic and sales processes

• Experience in international matrix-organised environments and confidence in coordinating stakeholders across functions and markets

• Confident use of project management and collaboration tools combined with an interest in AI-supported ways of working

• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to create clarity drive results without direct authority and manage priorities and senior stakeholders with confidence

• Commercial mindset high ownership and reliability with a pragmatic and proactive approach

• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
