Marketing Assistant (mwd)

This role supports the planning execution and optimisation of email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms and Salesforce ensuring accurate compliant and on-brand delivery. It combines hands-on campaign management with performance tracking reporting and continuous improvement through testing and segmentation. The role also supports product marketing initiatives and event-related marketing activities aligned with business priorities.

• Set up deploy and optimise email marketing campaigns using approved automation platforms and Salesforce
• Build and maintain email templates campaign assets audience lists and testing plans in line with brand and compliance standards
• Monitor campaign performance and maintain key metrics reporting insights to leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and implement improvements through testing segmentation and enhanced measurement
• Support product launches portfolio promotion and development of marketing materials and digital assets
• Coordinate marketing support for conferences and events including pre- and post-event communications lead capture and reviews

Qualifications :

• Degree in marketing business communications or a life sciences field (e.g. biology biomedical science biotechnology) or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent German (C1/C2) is an absolute must
• Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems ideally Salesforce and Pardot/Marketing Cloud Account Engagement
• Understanding of campaign execution including audience segmentation testing and performance tracking
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns events or conferences is advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
