Job Summary

  • During your internship you will support the coordination and tracking of a global relocation project involving multiple manufacturing plants and business functions.
  • As part of your responsibilities you will create maintain and continuously improve project roadmaps timelines and status overviews.
  • To provide transparency for stakeholders you will develop structured reporting and monitoring tools.
  • Driving the automation and digitalization of project dashboards and reporting processes you will leverage Excel and other collaboration tools.
  • Furthermore you will facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams manufacturing plants logistics quality sales and engineering functions.
  • Supporting the identification documentation and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and transparency you will help increase efficiency and transparency.
  • You will prepare management presentations project updates and meeting materials.
  • Finally you will follow up on action items milestones and deliverables to ensure alignment across the global project team.

Qualifications :

  • Education: studies in the field of Business Administration Marketing Project Management Supply Chain Management or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: advanced Excel skills; knowledge of automation data analysis Power Query VBA Power BI and similar tools as an advantage
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a proactive team player who combines a structured and analytical approach with strong organizational skills effectively manages multiple priorities in a dynamic environment and collaborates confidently with international and cross-functional teams
  • Work Routine: your on-site presence is required
  • Enthusiasm: passion for process optimization and continuous improvement
  • Languages: good in English and German

Additional Information :

Start: according to prior agreement
Duration: 6 months (confirmation of mandatory internship required)
