As Managing Director you hold full accountability forAlmüsperformance and future direction. Job responsibilities
Hold full P&L responsibility and lead the overall business
Define and execute growth strategies across products markets and technologies
Drive sales performance and strengthen key customer relationships
Ensure operational excellence across production engineering and supply chain
Lead and develop a high-performing team
Advance innovation capabilities in PCD and precision tooling
Location and flexibility
The position is based atAlmüsoffice in Germany.
Your profile
With a strongtrack recordin senior leadership you bring both technical depth and commercial acumen. An entrepreneurial mindset allows you to translate strategy into execution and deliver sustainable business results.
Your background includes:
Extensive leadership experience within manufacturing or tooling environments
Deep understanding of precision machining particularly PCD and carbide applications
Strong financial acumen and experience managing business performance
Proven ability to lead through strategy execution and growth delivery
Fluency in German and English
A collaborative and confident leadership style sets the tone for success. You build trust across stakeholders inspire teams to perform and approach challenges with clarity and determination while keeping a hands-on mindset
