Your tasks:

• You take end-to-end ownership of one or more PMO services (e.g. Resource Management) ensuring effective delivery continous improvment and alignment with business needs.
• You define maintain and evolve PMO standards governance frameworks reporting structures and project management methodologies to support successful project delivery.
• You provide transparency on project performance by identifying risks dependencies and critical issues early assessing their impact and enabling informed decision-making.
• You act as a trusted advisor to project leaders stream leads and senior stakeholders supporting planning monitoring controlling and the resolution of complex project challenges.
• You coach and enable project teams through training onboarding workshops and guidance on project management best practices tools and governance processes.
• You ensure high-quality project documentation knowledge management and collaboration environments leveraging tools such as SharePoint JIRA Power BI and MS Project.

Your profile:

• You hold a degree in Business Administration Information Technology Business Informatics or a comparable field.
• You bring 5 years of experience in PMO project governance transformation management or related project delivery roles in large-scale projects in an international environment.
• You are comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams and possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• You combine a structured and self-driven way of working with a proactive solution-oriented mindset.
• You have hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA Power BI MS Project SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• You are fluent in English; German and project management certifications are a plus.
