Machine Operator – Composite Manufacturing (all genders)

• Operate filament winding machines including process parameter monitoring
• Perform pre- and post-processing tasks (e.g. vacuum bagging curing preparation unpacking)
• Ensure stable machine operation and prevent production downtime

• Inspect components during and after production
• Never pass on defective or uninspected parts
• Report process deviations immediately
• Follow defined work instructions maintain accurate documentation and keep the workplace organized

• Work closely with QA and cross-functional teams
• Communicate issues and deviations openly and early

• Experience in manufacturing CNC/machine operation metalworking plastics automotive or a comparable production environment
• Technical training is an advantage but not required
• Hands-on mindset with a precise and structured way of working
• Strong understanding of quality standards and manufacturing tolerances
• Willingness to work shifts
• Basic technical understanding
