Job Summary
The role ensures accurate inventory records efficient inbound and outbound shipments timely deliveries and compliance with company procedures. The position works closely with warehouses carriers freight forwarders service teams suppliers and customers to guarantee high service levels and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily warehouse operations including receiving storage picking packing and shipping.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and perform cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory optimization.
- Ensure spare parts are stored and handled according to company standards.
- Process inbound and outbound orders accurately and on time.
- Maintain data accuracy in SAP WMS and related systems.
- Support warehouse process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers and logistics providers when required.
- Prepare shipping documents and support customs documentation activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams warehouses suppliers and service partners.
- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- 25 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management.
- Knowledge of warehouse processes inventory control and shipping procedures.
- Experience with SAP ERP or WMS systems.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented and proactive working style.
- Fluent English; German is preferred.
- Chinese is a plus.
