We are looking for

Logistics Assistant (m/f/d)

at one of our locations in Germany - Rülzheim

• Order processing and shipping management in coordination with customers and shipping companies

• Planning and management of material supply taking delivery dates and inventory into account

• Preparation of shipping documents delivery notes and customs documents

• Maintenance of master data and timely posting in the ERP system

• Support in the optimization of logistics processes

• Completed commercial education e.g. as an industrial clerk or freight forwarding clerk

• Initial professional experience in logistics ideally in the automotive industry

• Knowledge of common logistics processes (EDI delivery calls JIT/JIS)

• Ability to work in a team organizational skills and flexibility

• Good German and English skills
