• Operate locomotives for train movements and shunting operations.
  
• Carry out the formation and dissolution of incoming and outgoing trains.
  
• Perform preparation and finalization activities on locomotives.
  
• Carry out loading and unloading activities as required.
  
• Perform wagon inspections according to operational procedures.
  
• Conduct required brake tests before train operations.
  
• Follow railway safety regulations operational procedures and company standards.
  
• Ensure safe and efficient execution of train and shunting movements.
  

• Completed vocational training as a Locomotive Driver.
  
• Valid Locomotive Drivers Licence Class 3 (VDV) or Class B (TfV).
  
• Practical knowledge of train and shunting operations.
  
• Knowledge of wagon inspection and brake-testing procedures.
  
• Ability to work safely and responsibly in a railway operational environment.
  
• Ability to follow technical and operational instructions.
  

• Previous experience in freight railway operations.
  
• Experience with shunting and train formation/dissolution.
  
• Experience with locomotive preparation and finalization procedures.
  
• Experience with wagon inspections and brake tests.
