Learning & Development Officer (m-f-d)
Job Summary
- Partner with business units and leadership to assess understand and act on short- and long-term learning needs across the organization
- Design coordinate and deliver global learning and development initiatives (internal and external)
- Identifyand source high-quality external training providers managing RFP processes in collaboration with procurement
- Oversee end-to-end traininglogistics including vendor management contracting and quality assurance
- Develop andmaintainengaging learning materials (digital and in-person formats)
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using data and feedback to continuously improve impact
- Contribute to the development of L&D-related policies processes and best practices
- University degree in Education Organizational Psychology Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Learning & Development preferably in an international or mission-driven environment
- Proven ability to assess learning needs and translate them into actionable development solutions
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- A structured detail-oriented and solution-focused working style
- High levelof service orientation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with external vendors and training providers
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with experience evaluating learning impact
- Proficiencyin MS Office / Microsoft 365; experience with HR systems (e.g.SAPPersonio) is an advantage
- Proficient use of digital learning platforms particularly LinkedIn Learning
- Fluency in English; German is a plus

Working Hours: Full time - 40 hours per week.
Duration of Employment: Temporary contract - 2 years (extension possible subject to satisfactory performance)
