YOUR TASKS

  • Drive the standardization harmonization and continuous improvementof sales and marketing processes and tools across all subsidiaries in collaboration with Channel Leads and Marketing Leads
  • Act as the global subject matter expertfor commercial processes and tooling ensuring best-practice adoption and operational excellence throughout the organization
  • Identify analyze and translate business requirementsinto technical specifications that enable scalable and impactful commercial solutions
  • Evaluate and implement emerging technologiesto enhance efficiency productivity and effectiveness within Sales and Marketing
  • Ensure a consistent and efficient commercial tool landscapeacross channels and countries including CRM Sales Apps Marketing Automation Pricing and Territory Planning solutions
  • Represent Sales Intelligence in cross-functional initiativesand effectively engage with central stakeholders on strategic and operational topics
  • Build strong relationships with senior leadersand confidently interact with Managing Directors Sales Leads and C-level stakeholders to drive commercial transformation

YOUR PROFILE

  • University degree in Business Administration Sales Strategy with a commercial focus or a comparable field
  • Proven experience in B2B sales environments ideally with a global or regional scope
  • Strong understanding of the realities and challenges of sales ideally gained through hands-on experience in sales
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and performance frameworks (e.g. in management consultancy or a strategy department)
  • Experience in stakeholder- and project management
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams
  • Assertive and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management capabilities
  • Excellent negotiation skills in both German and English (business fluent)
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal sensitivity
  • Comfortable working in matrix organizations and contributing to global initiatives
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capabilities and collaborative and inclusive leadership style
  • Strong analytical skills and a KPI-driven mindset
  • Mobility and willingness to travel are essential; a valid drivers license is an asset
